The Chamber presents its compliments , this is to inform you that we received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (ل و ي/2230) dated (26/7/1435), which referred to the speech, Executive Vice President of the drug sector, Saudi food and drug authority (30090/ع) dated (22 -7- 1435) on not accepting the authority of any request of some pharmaceutical companies and agents for amendment (variations) on drugs submitted for registration or renewal, which was considered by the body. So the Board wishes from pharmaceutical companies and agents, noting that the company can update the product submitted for registration (to be necessary adjustments) that did not start, and you can find out by communicating with the regulatory affairs drug sector.
